02. TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
After we receive RFQ and confirm the order from customers, we are start the DFM analysis to ensure the feasibility of the mould structure.

We review and analyze the rationality of the tooling layout and to get the fully automated production.

We update the weekly progress report every week, including pictures and video.

We do mold flow analysis according to customer requirements, so that the customer can see the whole process of simulation mold injection.
10.HEAT TREATMENT CERTIFICATION
The steel supplier provides the material certificate to us when we purchase the steel.
11.PART PICTURE
It was made of PBT and TPE materials, apply to electric car, every step has strict quality control.
