This part are made from S316L, tooling mark must be clear.
And surface finished must be flat and need passivation to protect from rust.

② CNC turning part

These parts need very high precision in dimension, to ensure assembly properly.

③ Bending part with electrical polishing

This stainless part made of SS304, and work as counting machine drawer. All surface must be free of brush and scratch. Electrical polishing process make its surface glossy like mirror.

This product we made for one of America customers, it works as machine controller. All outside surface have to be free of sharp edge, brush and scratch.
