This connector was supposed to be molded in glass-fiber-reinforced,flame-retardant nylon.
It came with size 35X29.5X26mm,with 40pcs pins in center.High rib,hooks and boss on round side.One four cavity mold should employ a mold base dimension 250*230mm,with 280mm height.Steel grade 1.2767 is used for the mold inserts,while grade 1.2312 is employed for mold plates as well as the ejector plate.Steel grade 1.1730 is mused for remaining plate and rails.Thermal insulating plates,which are available in sizes to match the standard mold plates,serve to insulate the mold from the machine platens.
