Electronic products

This is one type of control panel in the series of electronic switches we developed for Siemens. The project includes a total of 43 sets of molds, and 49 sets of products. It only took 32 days from customer's confirmation of the design drawings to mold manufacturing completion.These molds are ok by trial one.

2K Parts

The part is an electric car socket plastic component, 2k mold, first injection is PBT, second injection is TPE. Strictly quality control at every step, from steel to mould manufacturing, even assembly and trial. It’s total took 42 days from the customer approved design, process of tooling, trial mould and production.

Overmolding part

Overmolding part consist of top and bottom part, top cover is made of TPE, ABS and PC, tampo print Logo on the surface, and bottom part is TPE and ABS, TPE soft material is good for sealing, housing part used for charging of electric car anywhere, your mobile charging unit.
